The residence of 1500 S. Indiana needed a new parking lot. After successfully completing the annex at 1440 S. Indiana the Owner hired the team of NORR Architects and Structures Construction to complete the project expeditiously.

The lot needed water detention, security and new underground plumbing. The new lot was beautifully designed with low maintenance fencing, permeable pavers, new planting and decorative acorn lighting to match the prominent street along Indiana.

Lake Vista Apartments located in the near south loop is a vintage multi-story apartment building constructed with decorative red face brick and ornate limestone quoining, cornices and arches.

The owner wanted an annex apartment/storage building that matched the character of the existing building. Structures Construction worked closely with NORR Architects to deliver the owners request on time and within budget.

Gill Park is a multi-phase renovation project which is ongoing since January of 2016. This project includes remodeling of all 260 apartments in the 27-story residential tower and the replacement of the buildings water lines, waste lines, electrical switchgear, bus duct and distribution. In addition, all apartments were wired with new satellite and internet connections.

1st Presbyterian Church Renewal

We are proud to say that our 1st Presbyterian Church has been nominated for a small projects award along with Weese Langly Weese. The First Renewal project at The First Presbyterian Church of Libertyville is the renovation of their 1929 Social Hall building, 1960 Education wing, and 1986 Sanctuary.

In the Sanctuary the chancel was extended and pews were rehabilitated and re-installed in a new plan to encourage a sense of community and participation. New window openings bring natural light to the formerly windowless Sanctuary with new stained glass in the colors of the liturgical year.
