Shea’s responsibilities include business development, sales, and marketing. Her primary focus is on increasing the presence of Structures Construction while building and sustaining client relationships. 

Shea grew up in Central California where she attained knowledge of the industry through her father who owns three brokerage offices. Prior to joining Structures Construction, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Sales Concentration from Louisiana State University. While studying at LSU, she had many internships where she obtained marketing and sales experience.
