We have a network of quality sub-contractors along with an extensive database of historical costs from which we can easily generate accurate preliminary budgets for new construction and existing buildings and other structures which require rehabilitation. With this information, the owner and design/construction team can evaluate alternatives and provide a high quality, cost-effective project.
