Interfaith Housing Development Corporation executed a contract with Structures Construction in the second quarter of 2018 to complete a $1 million update and rehabilitation of Ruth Shriman House, a 20-year-old and affordable 83-unit senior building in the Buena Park neighborhood of Chicago. The scope included a complete remodel of the kitchens, upgrades to the bathrooms and new doors and painting throughout. The common area carpet was replaced on all doors and the common areas painted.
