Mr. Dan Breier has been a Senior Project Manager at Structures Construction for 10 years. He has twenty-one (21) years of construction management & estimating experience. He has extensive cost estimating experience for both lump sum & negotiated residential & commercial projects with project values up to $70M. Mr. Breier’s project management skills include diligent contract negotiation & procurement, accurate scheduling, aggressive subcontractor buyout, detailed submittal review and processing, quality control, insurance & safety compliance, and overall field and PM team management.
Dan attended the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering. He has many certifications and licenses including LEED Green Associate, ASHE Healthcare Certification and OSHA 10 & 30 HR.
Dan strives to be positive, resilient, and open-minded. He feels the most inspired when mentoring young PMs and watching them grow in their success.
